By accessing and using SupportFlow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

SupportFlow provides a customer support platform that includes:

  • Real-time team collaboration tools
  • Analytics and reporting features
  • Multi-tenant architecture for agencies
  • API access and integrations
User Responsibilities

Account Security

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication

Acceptable Use

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the service
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Activities

You may not use our service to:

  • Transmit spam, malware, or malicious content
  • Violate any laws or regulations

Payment Terms

Billing

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

In no event shall SupportFlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
